1. Right of withdrawal
A consumer who concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period is generally counted from the day the consumer or a person indicated by them receives the product.
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law, in particular to products made to the customer's individual specification or clearly personalised.
2. How to withdraw from the contract
To withdraw from the contract, send a clear statement to: blakustiklab@gmail.com.
In the message, include the order number, full name, email address used for purchase and information about which products the withdrawal concerns.
After receiving the request, we will provide further instructions for returning the product. The product should be returned in a condition not deteriorated beyond what is necessary to check its nature and properties.
The product should be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless the store decides otherwise in individual communication.
3. Payment refund
The payment refund is made promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the contract withdrawal statement.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another solution.
The store may withhold the refund until the product is received back or proof of return shipment is provided.
4. Complaints
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may submit a complaint. Complaints are accepted by email: blakustiklab@gmail.com.
In a complaint, it is helpful to include:
- the order number,
- a description of the problem,
- photos of the product and packaging if they help assess the case,
- the preferred contact method.
We review complaints as quickly as possible, in accordance with the deadlines required by applicable law, in particular with the 14-day response period where such a period applies under consumer law.
5. BLL warranty - 12 months
BLL Acoustics provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects and the structural durability of the panel, counted from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers in particular defects in the frame, structural joints and elements resulting from the production process.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, flooding, stains, damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, natural material wear or shade differences resulting from screen settings, lighting or fabric properties.
A warranty claim can be sent to blakustiklab@gmail.com, including the order number, a description of the problem and photos of the product.
Under the warranty, the store may offer repair, product replacement or another individually agreed solution, depending on the nature of the case.
The warranty does not limit the customer's rights under the rules on goods not conforming to the contract.
6. Transport damage
If the parcel appears damaged, we recommend taking photos of the packaging before unpacking and photos of the product after opening.
In case of visible transport damage, contact us as soon as possible so we can help assess the situation and handle the report.
