1. Seller and contact
The BLL Acoustics online store sells acoustic panels and room treatment solutions. BLL Acoustics is the store's trade name.

2. Definitions
- Store - the BLL Acoustics website through which orders are placed.
- Customer - an individual, company or other entity placing an order.
- Consumer - an individual buying for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
- Product - an acoustic panel or another product offered in the store.
- Order - the customer's declaration aimed at concluding a sales agreement.
3. Products and properties
The products offered in the store are acoustic panels intended to improve listening conditions and reduce selected acoustic problems such as reverb, echo, first reflections and excessive room decay.
Panels may be handmade. Small differences in finish, fabric texture or colour shade may result from the nature of materials, lighting and screen settings.
Descriptions, renders, visualisations and charts are informative and help choose the direction of the solution. They do not replace acoustic measurement of a specific room.
4. Placing orders
An order can be placed by adding a product to the cart, selecting the variant, colour and delivery option, then proceeding to payment.
The customer should provide true and current data needed to fulfil the order, in particular contact details, delivery address and invoice details if required.
After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation at the provided email address. The sales agreement is concluded after the store confirms the order and the payment process is completed, unless the parties agree otherwise.
5. Prices and payments
Prices in the store are shown in Polish zloty. Unless stated otherwise, the price refers to one product in the selected variant.
The store supports online payments through Stripe. Available payment methods may include payment card and other methods made available by Stripe.
The store does not store full payment card details. Payment data is handled in the payment operator's environment.
6. Delivery and fulfilment
The standard delivery method is DPD courier at 29.00 PLN. Personal pickup is also available by prior arrangement.
Panels are shipped in fitted protective cartons prepared for safe transport of acoustic products.
Orders are usually fulfilled within 3-5 business days. This may take longer for larger orders, unusual material availability or high production load.
In case of delay or fulfilment issues, the store will contact the customer by email or phone.
7. Withdrawal and returns
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, among other cases, to products made to the customer's individual specification or clearly personalised.
To withdraw from the contract, send a clear statement to blakustiklab@gmail.com. The product should be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement.
The payment refund is made promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The store may withhold the refund until the product is received back or proof of return shipment is provided.

8. Complaints
The customer has the right to submit a complaint if the product is not in conformity with the contract or has a defect.
Complaints can be submitted by email to blakustiklab@gmail.com. It is helpful to include the order number, problem description and photos of the product and packaging if they help assess the case.
We review complaints as quickly as possible, in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the 14-day response period where such a period applies under consumer law.
9. BLL warranty - 12 months
BLL Acoustics provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects and panel construction durability, counted from the purchase date.
The warranty covers in particular defects in the frame, structural joints and elements resulting from the production process.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, flooding, stains, damage caused by incorrect mounting, improper use, natural material wear, or colour shade differences resulting from screen settings, lighting or fabric properties.
A warranty claim can be sent to blakustiklab@gmail.com with the order number, problem description and product photos.
Under the warranty, the store may offer repair, product replacement or another individually agreed solution, depending on the nature of the case.
The warranty does not limit the customer's statutory rights regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract.
10. Personal data
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by applicable Polish law.
The store may update these terms, in particular in case of changes to store functions, payment methods, delivery or applicable law. The current version is available on the store website.
