2. What data we process
We process data provided by users when placing an order, contacting the store or using the panel selection form.
- full name or company name,
- email address and phone number,
- delivery address and invoice details, if required,
- message content, order notes and room information,
- technical data related to using the website, for example cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process data in particular for the following purposes:
- handling orders, payments, delivery and after-sales contact,
- issuing accounting documents if required,
- handling complaints, returns and customer enquiries,
- responding to panel selection form submissions,
- marketing communication, only if the user has given consent.
The legal basis for processing is contract performance, legal obligations of the controller, the controller's legitimate interest or the user's consent where required.
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities that help operate the store, in particular payment operators, the DPD courier service, hosting providers, email providers, transactional email delivery providers, accounting and technical tools used to process orders.
Online payments in the store are handled by Stripe. Payment data is processed in the payment operator's environment, and the store does not store full payment card details.
The Resend service is used to send transactional messages such as order confirmations and store notifications.
5. Data retention period
Order data is stored for the period required by tax and accounting law and for the time needed to handle potential claims, complaints and returns.
Data processed on the basis of consent, for example marketing consent, is processed until the consent is withdrawn.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to access data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing and withdraw consent if processing is based on consent.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
7. Cookies and technical data
The website may use cookies necessary for cart operation, remembering basic settings and ensuring security and correct store operation.
